Baby Sarah crying a lot lately...

Baby Sarah's been crying a lot again lately... she may have forgotten the "deal" we made. Three months has passed but looks like she's still rather colicky, esp at night. Past few days was tiring for us parents and grandparents too. She'll cry till she gets tired and eventually sleeps at about 1am or later.

Drinking milk was also not as easy as when she was 1-2 months old. Again, she'll be crying her lungs out just before any feeds... nap time, and sleeping time. We really do not know what's happening to her.

Praying that she'll come out of this stage real soon. Apparently she prefers to be breastfed. I guess most babies do. She'll be totally quiet and smiling when i give a direct feed to her at night. That would also calm her down.

It'll get better. You've got to hang on. Just a head's up - the sleeping difficulties (off and on) will continue till the baby is abt 1 plus (not applicable to all babies). Sometimes due to nightmares, too much activities at night, too much sleeping in the day time, etc. At the mean time, will b keepin bb Sarah in prayers.

my little girl was like that too. i never had direct sleep at night until she's almost 3. Now that she's 3, she gets up once in the middle of the night to shee shee or just cry a little till i comfort her.

I think Baby Sarah is not used to u or your husband, maybe she wants her nanny. Baby are very attached to the person that spend lotsa time with her. She might want her nanny to hold her.

Angel when her bedtime, she only want me to hold her.

Maybe Sarah also like that....

I am just guessing lah..but you sabar lah..slowly..1 step at a time lor.

When baby still very young, at night they cry a lot..later she grow bigger she will be ok. :)

hey gals, thx for your encouragements... yup! will surely hang on until one day, i can look back and say, "it's finally over!" hahaha...
well, we're alright, with FIL & MIL's help to yao her or carry her at times till she sleeps. i do get the privilege to sleep more too cuz hubby will "order" me to go up to sleep while he takes on the night shift. thx, dear.

dorcas, we tried ler... but she's no pacifier gal.

steff, we tried her on many arms but she could still be crying, but then again, she is calmer when she hears yeh yeh & nai nai's voice, saying, "oi...oi...oi..."
