Kindly collect your prize from our office during working days from 9am till 6pm. If you wish to come collect your prize during lunch time, kindly call in advance to let us know. Kindly provide us your IC to verify your identity during prize collection. If you are sending a representative to collect on your behalf, be sure to provide a photocopy of your IC to your representative so we can authenticate his identity. Please collect your movie vouchers as soon as possible as they're set to expire on the 27th of October 2009.
