A date to remember... that's the birthday of our new car! Yippie!

Byebye to our old faithful - a Perodua Kancil that has served us for a good 7 years. It was then time for a change when we realized size does matter now when we have a little princess on board, and also it has given some signs of aging lately :p

Hubby and I decided to "upgrade" to a Myvi! (wah... got a wiki definition of Perodua Myvi also... kakaka) Yes, we got a BLACK Myvi.

Perodua launched a facelifted version of the Perodua Myvi on the 22nd of August 2008. The facelifted Myvi has an updated front grille, front bumper, rear bumper and bonnet. It also has new features for the 1.3 Premium model. Most importantly, what actually made us decide on the new Myvi was that it could play MP3 via USB! Muaahahaha! A feature that both hubby and I fell in love with. We didn't need to play from CDs... we now can play any songs from our thumb drive! Check out more about the facelifted Myvi here.

It was a timely decision as there were many factors to consider - considering the price hike of many things (not just petrol). God is good as many things fall into place for us financially so we could afford a better change.
